The current hourly rate for all our solicitors is £200 plus vat per hour, and for all para legals is £145 plus vat per hour.
The rate for Mediation is £250 plus vat per mediation session per client. MIAMS (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings) appointments which are required for anyone wishing to make an application to the Court in relation to children and financial matters, are charged at £100 plus vat per person. Public funding is also available for mediation clients only (not for legal clients).
Whilst we have made a decision that to provide the best service possible for our clients, we no longer offer "Legal Aid" (other than for mediation), we do have our own payment scheme which we would be happy to discuss with you at your appointment.
We charge £100 plus vat for straightforward Wills.
